Seriously. What do you accomplish in your work day between the hours of say...2:00 - 3:00? I mean, you've just eaten lunch, your energy is focusing on digestion and if you had a turkey sandwich you are especially sleepy. I remember in High School I would always have a hard time staying awake in 6th and 7th periods. At the time I believed that Mr. Sabolis was just a terrible literature teacher Miss Smith couldn't teach me anything about calculus that I didn't already know- but now I know I was wrong. We all need a nice nap in the afternoon. Its' healthy, it's natural, it's our God given right. I'm telling you- the Latin American countries were on to something- let's follow their lead.
