Ok, that may be a bit of desperate attempt to grab your attention but at least it's somewhat true. Granted, you can find lots of free stuff on the internet- this is something that's actually really cool.
I've recently been trying to teach a friend of mine the ins and outs of Photoshop, and it's a bit of a pain when only one of us actually has a copy of the program. So- I found Fauxto, which is sorta like a free photoshop.
It gives you alot of the same tools and functionality as Photoshop, but much easier for beginners to grasp. So, there ya go....go be artists. My work is here done.
Pretty neat. However your job of making the world a better place is far from over.

Thank you kindly. Having become stripped of my Adobe CS2 armor for over a year, I can at least have a little fun with this until I can purchase CS3. I shall now cross the plain of artists upon my mighty, big ass steed once again. Good times, says I.
